Planning

Savills has one of the largest planning and regeneration consultancy teams in the UK, with nearly 60 planners in London and 170 nationwide. We are involved with all types of property and planning issues. Much of our work involves adding value through negotiating planning permissions or achieving alternative development allocations for landowners, developers and operators such as retailers, but we also advise public and private clients.
